Job Title: Campus Ambassador – Business Development Support
Location: On-Campus / Remote (Part-Time) Role Type: Internship / Student Program
About the Role
Are you a natural networker who wants to understand how the recruitment and consulting industry works? We are looking for an ambitious Campus Ambassador to act as the bridge between InternMeNow, your university’s Career Center, and the student.
This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world Business Development (BD) and Marketing experience while fitting work around your study schedule.
Key Responsibilities
You will support our consultants in expanding our presence at your university through two main channels:
1. Student Engagement (B2C)
Promote our career services/job opportunities to fellow students through social media, student societies, and word-of-mouth.
Collect student feedback and data to help us tailor our job offerings to current graduates.
Assist in organizing small campus events or webinars.
2. Institutional Partnerships (B2B)
Act as a liaison to the University Career Center, helping to schedule meetings for our consultants.
Identify sponsorship or partnership opportunities with major student organizations and faculties.
Distribute marketing materials (digital or physical) within the Career Center network.
Who We Are Looking For
Current Student: Enrolled at UK Universities (any year, any major).
Communicator: You are comfortable speaking to both students and university administrators.
Connector: You are active in student clubs, societies, or Greek life.
Self-Starter: You can work independently and manage your own schedule.
